Making Stories

A theatre workshop for young people interested in making stories.

Over two hours you’ll look at working as a company, generating material, finding and shaping stories, and putting together a play sourced from your own lives.

The workshop will be helpful for anyone seeking a future career in theatre as an actor, director, creative or theatre maker. Or just come along for the fun of it!

The workshop will be lead by Tom Martin. He’s a London-based director, specialising in new plays and work for/by young people. He has recently made work at Cambridge Junction, Old Red Lion Theatre, Edinburgh Fringe, 59E59 New York, Battersea Arts Centre and Southwark Playhouse. He has trained at the National Theatre, and is a JMK Finalist.

For young people aged 14-18 who live in Hammersmith & Fulham.
