Creatives

Jordan Aaron is a 22 year old Hackney, Stoke Newington Actor who writes poetry and releases work on Spotify and Apple Music. They use poetry as a way of release, to express their deepest desires,  life experiences and to connect and inspire people to do what they love. They encourage people to speak through their art as it resonates with people and allows you to share what you may not be able to speak about in person.

Kristal Sisodia is a channeller of stories. They are a neurodivergent, gender fluid actor, writer, poet & musician of Bajan & Indian heritage, hailing from South London. Kristal was forced to take a 12 year hiatus due to several unexplained chronic illnesses but now, correctly diagnosed, they’re performing again with new insight and a dynamic energy that simply cannot be contained. Their work speaks on race, gender, disability, capitalism, mysticism & metaphysics.

Selorm Adonu is a spoken word/movement artists from south London, whose poetry style combines Krump and Popping into spoken word to tell unique stories about his experiences and the world he comes from, utilising known phrases to take audiences on a journey that uncovers raw truth. As well as a spoken word artist, Selorm an award-winning writer, actor, and producer. He has worked on various films and theatre projects, including starring in Paramount+ series CURFEW and Idris Elba’s ‘Knives Down’ campaign. His onstage debut was at The Royal Court Theatre in the award-winning play G by Tife Kusoro. Selorm wrote and starred in the BAFTA and BIFA-qualifying film Man To Man alongside David Harewood MBE, which has screened globally and won multiple awards for ‘Breaking Boundaries’ both as a writer and actor.

This event is presented as part of the Bush Theatre’s ALT B programme – a platform for creatives, makers and performers across artforms.
