Let us know about your access requirements

In your online account, you can let us know about your access requirements so we are best placed to support you when you visit.

First log in to your online account here.
Navigate to the Other Preferences tab.
Here there are a series of tick boxes for you to let us know about your access requirements.
You can edit these at any time by logging in to your account.

Have an access requirement that isn’t listed? Email us on [email protected] to let us know and we will add it.

Booking Access Tickets

Access bookers are eligible for £5 off standard tickets. Simply choose an Access ticket type when booking.

At Captioned performances, we will add a note on certain seats to let you know which seats will have the best view of the captions. Look out of an ‘i‘ icon on the seats.

You can use the hearing loop or Audio Description from any seat in the auditorium.

Booking Wheelchair Spaces Online

We reserve some seats for Access bookers. There are wheelchair spaces reserved at every performance. These can be booked online or over the phone.

To unlock these seats online:

First log in to your online account here.
Navigate to the Other Preferences tab.
Tick ‘I’m a wheelchair user’

When you book, the seats reserved in Block A, Row A for Wheelchair users will become visible to you. The seat will have an icon of a wheelchair. You can add these to your basket and proceed with booking.

Free tickets for Personal Assistants / Access Companions

Free tickets are available if you require an essential companion or Personal Assistant to attend a performance with you. These can be booked online or over the phone.

To book free Personal Assistant tickets online:

First log in to your online account here.
Navigate to the Other Preferences tab.
Tick ‘I require a Personal Assistant / Companion’.

When you are booking, add an Access ticket and a Personal Assistant ticket to your basket. The Personal Assistant ticket will automatically be discounted to be free.

You will automatically be eligible for one free Personal Assistant ticket per event. If you require more, please get in touch at [email protected].
