When teenage tearaway Moses finds an unlikely friend in the mysterious shopkeeper Monsieur Ibrahim, their travels take them on a journey of self-discovery, amidst a vibrant and ever-changing backdrop that transports them from the Rue Bleu in Paris to the whirling dervishes of the Golden Crescent.
