‘How to Raise a Coder’ with Heather Lyons and Elizabeth Tweedale founders of blue{shift}
 
It’s not enough to simply use a computer, now, children must be able to program computers as well. Heather and Elizabeth will discuss code, explain what it is, how it works and how we can engage in the often overwhelming discussion of technology with our children.
 
This talk will provide parents with some of the information they need to guide their children into the evolving tech future and will address some burning questions regarding the new Computing curriculum.
