Bright lights, fast pulses and high stakes – three contestants compete through quick-fire rounds and comic detours for the ultimate prize the deed to a house, somewhere to belong, a place to call home. With Brexit debates blazing, the market in flux and the future uncertain, who wouldn’t want a shot at security?

Exceptional Promise is a new gameshow, performed in front of the Studio audience.  A different artist each night will put the Project 2036 creative team through their paces as they fight for the prize of their life.  Artists will include Brian Lobel (BALL & Other Funny Stories About Cancer), Mary Higgins (Hotter), Kemah Bob (Guilty Feminist, FOC It Up) and Jodie Mitchell (Pecs, Secret Dinosaur Cult).

Cast

Bisola Alabi
Bisola is a Playwright who received her law degree from the University of Kent in 2012 and then began her writing career under Soho Theatre's Writers Lab, Ovalhouse, Actors Touring Company (ATC) and Lyric. She also completed a course in screenwriting at the London Academy of Television and Film. Bisola has gone on to create and co-found Next Up Talent showcase, which was hosted at the National Theatre studio. Since then she has been shortlisted for the Bafta Rocliffe film competition, The All3Media/Debbies Award and the James Graham Sketching playwriting competition. Her work has been featured under Soho Theatre, ATC, OvalHouse, Almeida Theatre and ADF/National Theatre.Recently, her work has be featured as part of the Oberon's Hear Me Now audition monologue book collection.
Salome Wagaine
Salome is a writer and producer from London. She works at Cambridge Junction as Project Manager for Diverse Actions, an initiative that champions cultural diversity for Live Art UK. As an independent producer, she has worked with a number of artists and companies on productions including Queens of Sheba (Nouveau Riche, Camden People's Theatre, October 2018), Kingdom (by Pecs Drag Kings co-directors Celine Lowenthal and Temi Wilkey) and Salty Irina, a new play by Eve Leigh (Ovalhouse, May 2019). She writes a cultural criticism newsletter ('peeledandportioned') and has written for Exeunt, Live Art Development Agency and Tiata Fahodzhi. Salome is a trustee for Filthy Lucre, a contemporary music organisation.
